We could identify Pediococcus acidiactici J9 through molecular biological methods. We analyzed 16S rRNA"fs base sequences over the molecular biology methods and compared the homogeny using NCBI"fs BLAST program over the selected lactic acid bacteria and concluded the 99% of homology was matched with 16S rRNA.
